1. Returns & Exchanges

At Halperin, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.

Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Custom-made, personalized, engraved, altered, or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • Items marked Final Sale and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • To request a return or exchange, contact Ori@halp3rin.com with your order number and reason for the request before sending the item back.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected,
we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or a defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Ori@halp3rin.com within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is caused by a defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, particularly for high-value jewelry.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

Products

We make every effort to display our jewelry as accurately as possible. Because many pieces are handcrafted and gemstones and materials may naturally vary, slight differences in color, texture, dimensions, stone appearance, and finish may occur.

Such natural variations are not necessarily considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in USD unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change without notice.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers.
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully authorized and the customer receives an order confirmation.

Orders

Halperin reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, incorrect pricing, product availability errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Because many Halperin pieces are made or prepared specifically for an order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production or processing has begun.
3. Shipping Policy
Processing Times

Orders generally ship within 10-14 business days unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time. Where a product page specifies a different production timeline, the timeline stated on that product page applies.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using FedEx Express or another tracked shipping service where applicable.
Estimated transit times after dispatch are generally:

  • Israel: 1-3 business days
  • International: 3-7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been dispatched.

Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where duties or import taxes are collected at checkout, the applicable amount will be displayed as part of the order before payment.
Where such charges are not collected at checkout, additional charges may be assessed by customs authorities or the shipping carrier before or upon delivery.
Customers should review the total shown at checkout and any applicable import requirements for their destination before completing an order.

Delivery Issues

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or appears damaged in transit, please contact us at Ori@halp3rin.com as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier.

Please do not discard damaged packaging until the issue has been resolved.
4. Jewelry Care & Product Information

Halperin jewelry is made from high-quality materials and should be handled with appropriate care.
Exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, moisture, impact, improper storage, or ordinary wear may affect jewelry over time.
Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
